2001 Subura Outback Wagon Outside Door Panel Fell Off

Hi there i was recently given a 2003 subaru forester but the drivers door wont open from the inside or the outside.

The 2001 subaru outback has 217 problems defects reported by outback owners. Parts like back door panel are shipped directly from authorized subaru dealers and backed by the manufacturer s warranty. How do i pull off the lower door panels on each door and reinstall same for the lower rocker panel. Door panels need to be removed to access the inside components of the do.

It looks like they just clip based on what i see looking at the new parts but i d like to dble check how to do it properly. 1a auto shows you how to repair install fix change or replace a front door panel. What could be the problem with both handles. I bought some replacement panels from subaru as mine are scratched up.

This video is applicable to the 08 s. I am new to this site but i thought i would give it a try. Will we be able to take off the door panel without having the door open.
